In this lab you’ll learn how to bootstrap a Kubernetes cluster using K3s.

For developers and operations, a powerful time-saver is to use the same common techniques and tooling wherever Kubernetes runs. Kubernetes installations are often targeted for vast collections of generic VMs with a commercial cloud service. There is also a large community of IoT and edge computing engineers targeting Kubernetes to eclectic hardware.

In this lab, you will learn how to:

    ☐ Install K3s on Linux
    ☐ Use K3s just like other Kubernetes clusters
    ☐ Access a Kubernetes Dashboard
    ☐ Add worker nodes to a K3s cluster

K3s is a certified Kubernetes distribution and a Cloud Native Computing Foundation sandbox project.
